June 13th What Our Candidates Are Saying

• Jennifer Ambler, HD100: These are 3 of the most important issues I am running on for the GA House-- restoring women’s right to choice, protecting and strengthening our public schools, and protecting free and fair elections. For too long we have relied on the courts to protect these rights, and it’s clear that will not be enough. We need to elect legislators who are fighting for us every single day. 
  
  
• Randye Dugan, HD 24: Protection of women's reproductive rights including protection of contraception is the most important issue in this election. No person should tell another what they can or cannot do with their body and doing so violates a woman's constitutional rights to life, liberty, and her pursuit of happiness.
• Jessica Fleming, Debbie Stair, and Claudia Wood, Board of Education: We entered these Board of Education races to ensure Democrats in Forsyth County have a voice in this election and that voters are offered an actual choice at the polls. But after the primary, when the extremist candidates were all successful, it’s clear we need to win these races to protect students and teachers from an extremist Board of Ed that will focus on culture war issues instead of solving real problems.
