Did You Know? Voter Rights (Jun 13)

• Georgia is the only battleground state where Republicans control the House, Senate, AND the Governorship, and is the state that MAGA has labeled as their “laboratory” for election interference and denial.  
  
• MAGA Republicans have made it clear they will try to block certification of the Georgia election in November and are having trial runs now in Fulton County. 
  
• Governor Kemp signed a law allowing the State Board of Elections to take over any county board it deems to be “underperforming” while also weakening the role of Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.  The State Board of Elections created a new rule that would require a “reasonable inquiry” before certifying Georgia elections.
